AR Solution Sales Representative – PTC
[Augmented Reality Sales Representative]
PTC is seeking ambitious sales member with the experience to drive new sales opportunities, globally.
The role will require exceptional sales and negotiating skills along with the ability to embrace and thrive within a fast-paced environment.
You with work with cross-functional teams to formulate client strategies, manage clients, partners, and extended sales team member relationships, and bring to closure strategic client opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that maximizes the company’s opportunities
- Define and manage sales processes to successfully shorten sales cycles, achieve repeatability and yield high close rates
- Maintain comprehensive opportunity profiles and an accurate revenue forecast using Salesforce.com
- Identify new business opportunities by qualifying prospects, researching the size and scope of the opportunity and determining best sales options
- Lead multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively (our desired sales leader is a world class “hunter”!)
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize opportunity value
- Develop successful relationships with key partners, working closely to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and annual account plans
- Effectively respond to customer requests and RFPs
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new Vuforia opportunities
- Represent and promote the firm in the marketplace through attendance and participation at industry conferences and events
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10 + years selling to large enterprise and/or commercial accounts with preferable
- 5+ years of fast-paced, “hunter” focused selling
- Prior sales responsibility for a minimum of $2 million in revenue and/or ARR; with a consistent, proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
- Strong leadership skills with ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- 5 + years of sales management experience
- Ability to handle escalations, and be available at any time of day to facilitate resolution and communication of critical client issues
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time
- Master’s degree in technical field or business administration

- The candidate must possess a “passion for excelling” and have a track record for achieving sales leadership targets
- The candidate must have professional presence and demeanor and be polished in selling into executive levels
- Strategic sales thinker – the candidate must be able to see how existing customer solutions can be repeated and leveraged within an industry sector
- A team player – while the individual must be able to work independently with little, if any supervision, he/she will also work effectively as a member of the Vuforia team
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, which are effective in one-on-one communications, as well as group presentations
- The ability to negotiate and influence persuasively, professionally, and effectively
- The individual must be analytical and be able to take fact and data to make sound business judgment and calculated decisions based on available facts and professional experience
- The successful candidate will be mature and professional, and be a planner in both his/her thinking and directed activities
- The successful candidate will be highly focused and driven to success and achieving goals
- A self-starter, the candidate will bring high energy, enthusiasm, and an action-oriented mentality to his/her team and to the company
