TEAM LEADER CUSTOMIZATION MANAGEMENT, ORDER FULFILLMENT
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Develop an accurate and efficient operation process
- Build the Customization program fulfilling market demand and expectation
- Coordinate concept and process with initiative to build a future team-order business structure
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve current business process and re-construct optimal operation in Customization program to regain credibility from Consumer, Customer and Channel team
- Fulfill business process of safe and stable / accurate and high value
- Operate miadidas team (customized team order) process accurately
- Maintain satisfactory end-to-end delivery performance
- Monitor and report order status for every phase in end-to-end delivery
- Find risks with Global team (GTS, Sourcing team) and provide solutions quickly
- Communicate with partners both internally and externally to ensure accurate operation [Forecast/ Order/ Production capacity/ Material inv./ Quality/ Transportation/ Delivery/ Payment / Budget management]
- Maintain and execute TQR (Team Quick Response) process to fulfill customer expectation
- Support purchase and replenishment plans providing reports
- Monitor and provide appropriate availabilities and PO delivery
- Find areas for improvement in expanding TQR business closely working with internal parties
- Find Future Team Order Business model to raise brand value and its competitiveness
-Contribute to business expansion working with Global team
-Find new process and scheme for business expansion with Marketing and Channel team - Consider and suggest new structure / system requirements

Monthly and quarterly summary
Order trend analytics for Forecast accuracy

Requisite Education and Experience/ Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Business or Economics, or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 2-3 years of experience with sales, sales related analysis or supply chain management
- Experience with making proposals to change existing processes is a plus
- MS office suite
