A Service Delivery Specialist plays an important role in the on boarding of Telstra Customers in the North Asia region by providing robust project management, using industry recognised PMO programs, and building strong relationships with their customers.
He/She will be the single point of accountability managing the delivery of Telstra services and solutions for new and existing customer accounts, driving outstanding customer advocacy, excellence and profitable implementation programs to their customers under management
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll…
- Responsible for all customer communication updates in relation to the implementation and managing delivery of the customers services via PMO programs and in line with Telstra work methods
- Ensure regular structured and tracked engagement with all customers and stakeholders under management, outlining the progress of orders and delivery activity using defined business agreed tools and templates
- Develop and maintain customer facing tracking schedules for customer orders under your delivery portfolio, specifically around delivery milestones and solution deployment requirements
- Monitor, register and coordinate all procurement activity associated with the delivery of Customer services under management onto the Telstra network
- Work with Telstra internal teams as required to deliver, and test service components related to customer projects
- Drive and engage with operational, build, Design and implement teams as needed to ensure delivery programs are in line with business and customer requirements.
- Update internal systems and groups to reflect latest implementation information (service delivery dates, revenue booking dates, overview of project delivery status)
- Issue of scoping and completion documentation to customers with ongoing engagement as needed
- Accurate billing to ensure timely revenue booking and handover of services to relevant Operations/Assurance teams.
- Drive Service delivery outcomes, for customer solution role outs, across a range of network technologies.
- Manage carriers and vendors to provide local knowledge and support on complex ordering and vendor supply
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll have to…
- An Initiative, commitment and drive in providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in the delivery and implementation of projects.
- An understanding of ordering, billing and assurance systems as well as the processes involved in managing service requests.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects to critical deadlines.
- Process and business writing skills using the following tools: MS Project, VISIO, MS Office skills
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure updates to customers are adequate and frequent. Fluent in Korean and English.
- Exceptional time-management, multi-tasking, and delegating skills.
- Proven ability to analyse complex delivery, identify critical timeframes and milestones and develop strategies to deliver in line with business capability and customer requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple high-profile customer orders
- Manage under current policies and procedures concerning all aspects of implementation and project management, with the ability to review and recommend efficiency changes of work practices to management.
